Standard shipping 2–5 business days
Free shipping On all orders over NOK 699
Express shipping 1–2 business days (additional cost)

We ship all orders from our warehouse within 1–2 business days of your order. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

Returns

We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you are not, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to return:

  1. Send an email to epost@kjeldsberg.no with your order number
  2. We will send you a return label
  3. Package the product securely and drop it off at your nearest post office
  4. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the return is received

Note: The product must be unopened and in its original packaging to be approved for return.
