Ordering
Can I change or cancel my order? Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at epost@kjeldsberg.no and we will help you.
Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, Vipps, Klarna, and PayPal.
Is it safe to shop at Kjeldsberg? Absolutely. All payments are processed via encrypted and secure payment solutions. We never store your card information.
Shipping
How long does delivery take? Standard delivery time is 2–5 business days. You will receive tracking information by email when the package is shipped.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes — all orders over NOK 699 are shipped free of charge.
Can I track my package? Yes. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
Products
Are the products cruelty-free? Yes. All products we sell are cruelty-free and we accept no exceptions.
Are the products vegan? Most of our products are vegan. This is specified on each individual product.
Are the products suitable for sensitive skin? We strive to choose products with gentle ingredients. Always check the ingredient list on each product, and contact us if you are unsure.
Returns & refunds
What do I do if I have received the wrong product? Send an email to epost@kjeldsberg.no with your order number and a picture — we will sort it out immediately.
When will I receive my refund? Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we have received the return.
Can I exchange a product? Yes. Contact us by email and we will help you with an exchange.
